This old-fashioned zucchini bread recipe is a favorite of mine all year long, and -even though it’s a pretty fast bread to make- my family eats it faster than I can bake it! I’m admitting here and now that I’m that person: the one who takes the zucchini left on break room tables or church foyers or given away by friends and freezes it. Zucchini season only lasts a few months, but with some planning, I can enjoy this bread all year long! (And yes, I know I could buy it at the store, but it seems a shame to PAY for something that people are dying to get rid of…)
If you’re like me, or if you’re on the other end, and have more zucchini than you know what to do with, you have just found the perfect way to use it! Just follow this link to the guest post I wrote for The Savvy Dreamer, and the instructions will be waiting for you! My huge thanks goes to Kasia at The Savvy Dreamer for allowing me to share one of my favorites on her awesome site!
